Short biog
Vivienne is a freelance journalist specialising in outdoor and travel writing for newspapers, magazines, books and tourism/conservation organisations. She has been a full-time journalist since 1990. Having started her career as a reporter on local newspapers, she moved on to edit a business-to-business magazine and then went back into regional newspapers as a sub-editor on busy evening titles. She maintains her skills on the production side of things by acting as a page designer and sub-editor for a monthly farming title in Cumbria.
