| Dowsing leys (spirit paths) and undertaking vision quests at sacred sites gives me an insight on our land as a Merlin. This is a lonely and arduous path, so I may be unique within this Guild. As the reincarnation of Derfel Gadarn, I am an authority on Camlan (King Arthur's last battle). I use and promote public transport. Author of over 50 walking guides, I have a degree in history and education from Oxford University. A full-time freelance writer, I also serve voluntarily with the Ramblers' Association, on the Vegan Society Council, the Council of British Druid Orders and as Secretary of the Society of Ley Hunters. I cover all of Wales and much of England.
|
Monthly walks (Wales) in Country Walking, quarterly walks in One Wales, regular examples of leys in the newsletter of the Society of Ley Hunters, articles in The Vegan; I publish under the imprint Meirion Publications; lectures, TV and radio programmes plus guided walks.
I market my own and other people's relevant books to outlets not reached by reps.
