I'm a freelance travel, sport and outdoor journalist.
I also take photos and edit stuff.
I was a staff writer at fourfourtwo.com and editor of TNT Australia & New Zealand, in Sydney.
I've trekked many of the world’s famous, and not-so-famous, long-distance trails, including several of the UK's, and I love getting my boots muddy in England's glorious South West. I've also travelled extensively in Latin America (12 months-plus) and Australasia (six years-plus), including plenty of hiking. I've also been robbed by a possum.

| Currently working on two walking guidebooks, for Aurum Press and Cicerone.

See above.
I know InDesign well.

| Pfffft. Won none, obviously. My mum says she loves me though. And I think she genuinely means it.
Country Walking, Aurum Press (author), Rough Guides (author), Footprint Travel Guides (editor), Time Out, guardian.co.uk, Outer Edge, TNT, Get Lost, Real Travel, Australia & New Zealand, Trek & Mountain, Men's Health, When Saturday Comes and stuff like that.
Photographs in numerous publications too (eg. Rough Guides, Time Out, Country Walking, et al), including cover shots.

England's South West / the Cotswolds Coast to Coast walk The Pennine Way Travelling / walking in Australia, New Zealand & Latin America Everest Base Camp Trek Scuba diving And budget travel/backpacking, outdoor adventure, mountains and wilderness in general. It's all good.
Football too. I still do football. But that's hardly relevant here.
I've plenty of experience at subediting and editing, if you're still listening. You're not though, are you? I wouldn't be.
